Prior to us dispatching your spectacles, each pair undergoes strenuous Quality Checking. It is inspected by one of our ophthalmic technicians to ensure the accuracy of the prescription details and proper alignment of the frame. It is packaged in a hard protective case prior to being posted to you.
We guarantee all our glasses will be manufactured as specified, that the lenses meet the requirements you gave to us when you ordered and that they are free from any defects. |

If, in the unlikely event, your spectacles arrive with a defect - we will replace them free of charge or refund your money up to a maximum of 7 days after you receive the goods. Simply pop them in an envelope and send them back to us with a note saying what was wrong with them. You’ll get a full refund – no quibbling.
In addition, all frames and lenses have a twelve month guarantee against any manufacturing faults; this does not cover any misuse or damage caused by you and does not affect your statutory rights. |
