Here at Budget Specs Direct, we use Royal Mail as our standard delivery method. Our small postage and packing charge is kept to a mere £3.50 per frame order. This enables us to consistently remain competitive in our prices. On the other hand – if you have any preferences for an alternative method of delivery, then please let us know by contacting our Customer Services Department. We can provide Royal Mail Special delivery at an additional cost – please contact us to find out the extra cost for this service.
All our spectacles are posted in a hard case for protection and to aid with their on-going security once delivered to you. Each package we deliver is able to be inserted into a standard-sized letterbox.

| When Will You Receive Your Glasses? |
Your order will be given immediate attention and processed on the same day. An email will be sent to you confirming your order.
Glasses are sent via standard Royal Mail packetpost, and the packages we use fit through most letterboxes. You do not have to be at home to receive your glasses.
Our terms state delivery can be up to 28 days. However it is usually within 14 days, subject to the complexity of the prescription and coatings.

| What can I do if I don’t receive my spectacles? If you have waited more than 28 working days for standard delivery and have not received you order, please contact our Customer Services Department so we can find out what’s happened to your order. However, if you’re really anxious – just contact our Customer Services Department and we’ll let you know what’s happening! |
